To make an appeal or complaint, open a text editor and fill the appropriate format. When you've finished, go to the Baystation Discord server and use the /tickets open
command. Once you've created the ticket, add your answers. Staff may ask you follow up questions here.
Appeals
To appeal a ban, use the following format. Please allow for 72 hours for a reply. Note that bans of 24 hours or less may not be appealed

Complaints
To submit a complaint against a player or staff member, use the following format. Please allow for 72 hours for a reply.
