This template is the parent template for issue notices used on articles and sections that need updating. This template should not be used directly on pages.
Meaning of parameters
color is the background color of the left-most strip of the template. #F65 is default.
image is the icon used. Defaults to "Borg standard 1.png". Images used should be approximately 32x32px.
issuetext is the text of the template.
