This template is the parent template for issue notices used on articles and sections that need updating.
This template should not be used directly on pages. Use Template:Cleanup or Template:Outdated instead.
Meaning of parameters
color is the background color of the left-most strip of the template. #F65 is default.
image is the icon used. Defaults to "Borg standard 1.png". Images used should be approximately 32x32px.
issuetext is the text of the template.
